In this position we specialize in Staffing, Consulting, Software Development, and Training along with IT services to small to medium size companies. AG's primary objective is to help companies maximize their IT resources and meet the ever-changing IT needs and challenges.
We provide these services in multiple computing environments and use technologies such as client/server architecture, object-oriented programming languages and tools, distributed database management systems, state-of-the-art networking, and communications infrastructures. Our honest and realistic approach to recruiting dictates that AG does not entice or lure engineers from their employers. Requirements
Hiring Qualifications:
CCNE certified
CCIE Voice lab certified
5+ years hands on VOIP engineering experience including:
High volume contact center
Multi-site VOIP Configuration
H.323, SIP and/or MGCP protocols
Exceptional administration, troubleshooting, and support experience with
Cisco UCCX
Working knowledge of telecom/data circuits
T1's
Eithernet
MPLS
PRI's
SIP Trunks
LAN & WAN Networking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Design, integration, and deployment experience
Good comm skills are a big priority
Duration: 3 to 6+ Months
Interview Mode: Phone and F2F
Responsibilities:
As a network engineer on our team, you'll work with the DoD to develop a reliable network to support critical missions
You'll collaborate with SMEs, customers, and users to learn the strategic goals and operational needs that shape the network requirements
You'll then share your expertise during the planning of the acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the network components
From resolving interoperability issues across platforms to supporting the acquisition of hardware, you'll put your hardware and software talents to good use
If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role
Preferences:
5+ years hands on VOIP engineering experience
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred)

WHAT WE OFFER
Joining our team will give you the chance to develop your skills and grow with our company. We have a fun team which you will want to be part of. You will interact with customer's, suggest solutions for their needs, install invisible shield on customer devices, repair broken phones, and keep the kiosk clean and organized. We are seeking a team member that can work 30-40 hours per week (over 4-5 shifts), we have great flexibility for school, or other commitments. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS.
